AMG Super offers a full range of insurance benefits to protect you and your family. Personal and Employer Sponsored members are eligible to apply for the following insurance cover:

• Death Cover

• Total and Permanent Disability (TPD)

• Salary Continuance Insurance (SCI)

Why get insurance through your AMG Super account?

1. AMG insurance rates are highly competitive. Taking out insurance through AMG Super allows you to access group insurance rates which are often more competitive then taking out a stand-alone insurance policy.

2. Taking out insurance through superannuation allows you to pay for your premiums with pre-tax dollars – therefore costing you less.

3. It will reduce the amount of contributions tax you pay as the insurance premiums are taken from your contributions before tax is deducted.

Employer Sponsored Members

If you are a member of an AMG Super Employer Sponsored Plan with more than 5 members you may be eligible to receive automatic insurance cover.
If your employer does not have special insurance arrangements set up you will automatically receive 1 unit of death only cover. Alternatively, your employer may have set up specialised insurance arrangements for their employees.
