AMG Universal Super offers Personal members and Employer Sponsored members, Death insurance cover and Total & Permanent Disablement (TPD) insurance cover, covering you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Personal members and Employer Sponsored members can apply for insurance cover up to $1,500,000 by simply completing the Insurance Cover Application Form. Furthermore, both Personal and Employer Sponsored members who are eligible can nominate an amount of insurance cover up to a maximum $5,000,000 for Death insurance cover and $2,500,000 for TPD insurance cover, through AMG Universal Super, subject to underwriting. Members can choose Death only or Death and TPD insurance cover, based on units of cover (unitised cover) or non-unitised cover (alternative cover).
